I've said this before and I'll say it again. A ban doesn't make you unfit for a position on the staff team. What matters is that you take that ban, accept it and learn from it.

 

Changing to neutral. Like Death said, you can learn from your mistakes. However, being banned on a newly-released gamemode isn't something that is good for your application.

You're a good applicant, so I hope you won't repeat the same mistake again.
