staff managers dont get paid. thats my point. i dont expect him to get paid, hes garbage. im saying that if they actually wanted a good staff team; they could. they can afford to do so. of course youre quite young, i dont expect you to understand what im attempting to explain.

@Bananurz did a better job of what you could do. Don't go around spewing out trash from your mouth when you don't even know what it's like to be a moderator, and how to assemble a staff team.

 

just because its my opinion doesnt mean you have to get your guns all triggered. i also do, as i help run actual businesses. i choose to hide my identity, though.

 

you say it's not hard to get staff. You don't know mate, because you're not the owner of this server. We don't give people money because they won't show dedication, and not care much for the server. We need people who are willing for the job, not the money.
It's hard to get staff because, like I said, we've had staff who've not done the job correctly. This gets the staff to be more careful when promoting, because they have no knowing of what will the applicants do as mods.

the business isn't MV though. It's therefore, not the same. Don't just go around saying you know how this works because you run a business, because it's not Mineverse.
