3-A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: This certain player was hacking on "OPPvP" earlier today, and I believe that he's using "Anti Knockback" and "Kill Aura".

P.S: Although he was hacking for a very short period of time before hand, I wasn't recording but as soon as I called him out in chat he instantly started toggling his hacks, which you'll see in the video.
