      That screenshot didnt work. If it is a screenshot from your minecraft folders you need to upload it to a image hosting site to turn it into a url so that you can post it in the forums. Use imgur or tinypic.

      umm i think this skin has to offend you in any way .. if so i guess u can't really get someone banned for it :\

      I think he can be temp-banned for it till he changes his skin.
      Little kids are there and thats not appropiate.
