My Xp level 50 prestige 5 was lost on Infection 2 days ago at first it brought me down 10 xp and then the next day it drop me down to prestige 0 lvl 0 on infections is there anyway for you guys to give it back because it took me along time to get to that rank. Thankyou

I've had the same problem with xp.

 

Email [email protected] with your name, issue, and proof of you having it.

 

Do as said above, and wait about 3 or 4 days? Have you got your levels back?

 

This happened to many people. Emailing [email protected] is the only way to go about this, good luck.

 

[email protected] With screenshots of proof that you had those levels other wise it is just a glitch and we can't do many things about that.

 

After emailing [email protected] , please be aware that this may take a maximum of 7 days for a response!

 

This glitch has been happening a lot lately so our head-moderators were given permissions to help resolve this issue.

However, you're going to need to have evidence of you with the amount of levels you specified and the prestige you were. Without this I'm afraid there's nothing that can be done.
