Before we start, I'd just like to say, don't call me a mini mod or anything I'm just sating my opinion. Okay, so lately Ive been seeing a lot of people disrespecting staff getting punished then just re doing it, and personally I don't find that right! So today I'd like to suggest we add harsher staff disrespect punishments. Ive seen 1 to many mods complain about it and no one should be treated that way. -Daniel
So you mean, if you disrespect a staff member you would get a worse punishment than if you disrespected another player? What happened to equality ._.
Everytime the player disrespects another it get recorded. then the 1st punishment is given and if they do it again the 2nd punishment is given and they get longer Punishments by the amount of time they Disrespect.
Just because you're a staff member doesn't mean you're more special than normal players. Adding onto what people said, I think disrespect in general, whether it be towards a player or a staff member should have a higher and stricter punishment. No support??? Equality I guess.
Staff disrespect as a punishment is where it should be. People go on about "equality". That's true, but, they are indeed staff and therefore should be treated with respect. Not saying that you shouldn't disrespect other players, but disrespecting people who give up their free time to help out, that's just not cool.
When someone disrespects me in-game, I like giving them the same punishment if they had disrespected a regular player. Equality, man.
Well, there's regular disrespect and there's staff disrespect. Regular = "you suck and you have ugly toes" Staff = "Do your job you worthless piece of poop" I think the punishment should be increased by 1 day at the absolute most. Neutral.
We will raise it if it becomes worse. Thing is, it's always been pretty bad and people have gotten used to it. The punishment now is fine. The punishment for staff disrespect is more than players as we are here to preform a duty whereas a player is not.
What's the difference between Staff disrespect and Player disrespect? They're both wrong and should be dealt with the same way. No Support
I respectfully disagree. If I go on to preform a duty such as making edits to the staff list in game but a player is harassing me to a point where I can't preform my job, they will be dealt with more strictly.
