So, this thread is going to be a discussion of whether or not you have upgraded to Windows 10 yet or plan to. As of right now, I have not, but I do have the option to. If you have upgraded, what are your thoughts on it so far? If you have not upgraded, why not? What is holding you back? I would love to hear what you all think about Windows 10.
I was going to upgrade till my friends did and they can't use steam anymore >.< and I also like to wait 6 months for all the bugs to be fixed so I don't get the buggiest thing right away but I will In the future :t
There is an option to downgrade back to 7, 8, or 8.1 whichever you already own, and yes it creates and saves your old data in a Microsoft.old folder if 10 isn't your thing.
I think that happened in the 1st view days it was released because people say it works perfectly fine with steam now. yay nice
I have Windows 10 but I have not yet to experience a bug. I can play League perfectly fine but I have not tried any steam games. I'll see if I can test any games later today if I don't procrastinate. >.>
I upgraded to windows 10 and don't regret it at all, it's just windows 7 with a few new features, had a few problems with graphics to start with and being blurred but all sorted now If you are thinking about upgrading my advice is do it
Alright, awesome. I know this may be a dumb question, but everything on your C drive was still there after the install right?
I use windows 10, if you haven't got a Good Graphics driver then you'll have to reinstall one to play Mc > Steam Etc. Windows 10 and I are having kids.
Yeah, that's the reason it takes so long at the start of the install. It is taking all of your current stuff and moving
Well I should be fine because I installed Windows 8 onto my SSD and everything else on my PC is on my HDD. :D
You keep all your files as it copies them all you lose nothing on your drivers, only time you lose stuff is in a PC "reset" or you uninstall them manually.
