Why is there only Retired Head Mod?

Why is there only 1 rank by Bananurz which is 'Retired Head Mod' Shouldn't there be a 'Retired mod' for people who resigned as a 'global moderator'? Seems unfair to the ex-mods. Is Bananurz just the only person that should be remembered?

I'm more confused on the fact that he is the only one with the rank. It should be given to the other ex-head-mods.

Really don't think ex-mods should get something like that though.

 

I don't really know the ex-head-mods apart from him :/ but that is very true.

Kind of a discussion, because I just want other peoples opinions.

 

I feel like there should be a ex-Head Mod tag, but not ex-Mod. It's not that they're useless, but I feel like there would be too many people with those tags...

 

The "Ex-mod" rank came out recently, can't blame them for forgetting to give it to the past ex-mods who aren't as active as Banurz.

 

"Ex-mod" rank shouldn't be a thing, sure the mods do a great job and dedicate a lot of time, but personally, I'm pretty happy with trying to achieve the "Boss Member" tag. People know I'm an ex-mod already, so I don't really need the title.

"Retired Head-Mod" is kinda meh. Sure, Nanarz done a good job and served his time.

But, ScoFu and AmazingFireGirl were also amazing at what they done and spent probably around the same time doing it as Nanurz has done.

Kato - Not really worthy of the rank, though that sounds unfair, I don't really think he spent much time at all here to actually accomplish anything.

EDIT: I never knew much of Kato before he got given the position again. Though, he's gotten the rank now and he has done enough to deserve it.

There is like 50+ ex mods. That is probably why there isn't a rank for them.

 

In my opinion, ex-head-mods receive a tag as it's a special rank, i'm not saying mod isn't special, but mod is voluntary whereas Head-Mod is more of a chosen rank. That's the only reason why I see it being there..

 

Sounds like a good idea but Bananurz only the rank I think because he is friends with the owner or something.

well, it's just a tag... and before you give me dislikes, a tag doesn't change anything, that you must agree.

 

Why am I the one being low key roasted? This is out of my control. He came up with a retired head mod rank because I was the longest standing head mod ever and because he felt bad about taking away my forum mod rank, lol. Last time I checked, retired staff will get retired ranks and have a couple extra abilities. I don't know if that idea is not a thing anymore but again, I have no control over it. Cyp has been away for what seems like a million years so I guess we'll see when he gets back.
