On Mineverse when I logged in I suddenly became a premium! I use to be MVP, Im sorry but I didn`t take a screen shot, but I did take this (look in Attached Files) It shows that I could summon villagers and name them! - yazzy_yaz
This happens when someone buys you a rank that is less than your actual rank. Post a report, and some of the mods will help you.
You should probably email mine verse support, it will take ages to get a response throught the forums.
Yes, Contact [email protected] on email and attach the files also you will probably need more proof you were MVP as in transaction ID.. Or someone screenshotting you when you were MVP otherwise sorry they will not be able to prove that you had MVP in such so i suggesting find some more proof and contact [email protected] and they will help you out as soon as they possible can... It's called "Downgrading" were someone buy premium for you if your a higher rank so then you will go down a rank and you iwll be downgraded so to say.. but it can be fixed but if i was you i would keep a screenshot like i have down everytime i get a new rank i have an attached file.. as you can see.
