I have a question. Who do the reports go to when you can use the report button to report a player? Are they really dealt with or we just have that for nothing? If it goes to none of the staff, lets remove it.

There's a moderation button on top of the forums which all the reports get sent to and then the moderators can handle it.

It isn't useless, it's much better than forum reports as it is quicker and easier overall.

 

Whenever there is a new report, it alerts us with a red number up the top (the number depending on how many reports there are).

 

Lets say I reported you, and you were never punished. That's what I mean. So do they get dealt with?

They probably do apply warning points to the player which you reported without notifying you.

So yes, they do see them and from my personal experience, they do them.

We handle all reports, and I think the reason you don't notice anything is we can send you an alert saying the report was handled/denied, and we don't always send a notification.

 

The alert IS the evidence. You can click on a button and it takes you to the post that has been reported.
