where are the cells in prison?

I keep hearing bout cells all I ever find is plots can someone tell me where you find the cells please

what all the cells round the side? how do I claim one its all pvp there

 

to claim a cell you have to find one that says not rented (in green) then right click the sign to claim it for 3 days

 

You could buy an invisibility potion(drink it obviously) and sprint to the cells.
Cells are $33,000 per 3 days.

 

not all cells are 33k some cells are 38k
