Hello @community I was on my PC a couple days ago and it just froze & froze & froze, I done an AVG Anti Virus scan and I had no threats I am always getting a Trojan Horse Generic alert coming up, I was messaging someone on my skype on my iPhone about how my PC won't sign into Skype and he said about my keys messed up and what not then e suggested a System Restore when I try this it says that it's been "switched off" by my system administrator can anyone help me and pm me or comment the best way to stop this happening to my new PC what's being delivered tomorrow ?

 

I only read a fraction of your post so if I get anything wrong then sorry. Use a different Anti-Virus program, I wouldn't really suggest using AVG, it's okay to use but not the best. I suggest maybe using Malwarebytes to remove the Trojan Horse. If that doesn't work try using Avast or a better Anti-Virus program. It's free and safe, millions of people use Avast. Malwarebytes is also safe. Try those two options first then if the problem is still there we will work it out.
