yes. Non moderators cant view, moderators can view everything.

i think it's a preference bc i can still see it on some people profiles

 

I too have this problem so I assume it hasn't been fixed

 

I can't see it either. Just my own if I go to the change username page.

I've just looked through all my profiles settings and it isn't there.

 

Like Sheshy has stated, it was removed due to privacy issues. If you think it should be added back, feel free to make a suggestion here.
