Its......different

To be honest I enjoyed infection a lot more when I first started in late 2013. The game play was much more fun.

Here's my thoughts of the so called, "Infection 2.0"
It sucks. No offense to the map builders though your building skills are appreciated. My problem is the new map. It's good, detailed, etc. but it's too large. it's 1 million blocks (allegedly) which makes it very laggy for most, plus I can't even count how many op human spots there are.
Next, is the nerfed maps. Carnival I liked the nerfs considering you didn't do much but you fixed the water issue.
Desert I'm ashamed of because now you can actually get on the house and camp even more than before.
Hijacked was hijacked basically lol. Although the issue about the roof boost was fixed you still got the half slab issue. If your going to fix one boost/glitch fix the other. I'm kinda neutral on the ice platform being removed. It's no longer easy for humans to camp but it does put it hard for the humans to even survive. Nether towers was just never mind I'm not going to even discuss the issues on that map.
Overall, many nerfed maps made people leave and many people are mad that the "Incident" with the reset of all the maps and lvls. Hopefully the bugs get fixed. I will still support Mineverse on anything the staff decides, but this decision makes me wonder what's coming for MV considering the latest addition of "Bed Wars".

WTF are you talking about! Zombies deserve a chance to win! Whats your problem? At least on towers there aren't ppl camping on top of the right tower... which is griefed. Also, Desert is better than before! Last time it was so bad that ppl needed to be boosted! Now zombies can go onto the roof. Man, you must be some butthurt guy who didn't join until now... Seriously though. I love the old infection.

The humans did have a chance before. Every map except for Desert2.0 and Caves humans had a way to either A. glitch by block or B. camp on a high platform such as desert. Now certain maps humans have more of a chance to survive on maps like Desert but on Nether towers it's hard because the tower was fixed. Although humans were camping it, most of the time a group of working zombies was able to kill them all. I might have been a bit rough on how I felt on the changes of Infection, but the point is still there. Not many (or at least some) liked the new changes of Infection. And no, I have been playing infection for 6 months. Don't assume I haven't been playing Infection long if you haven't seen me playing it.
