I think on creative you should be able to control weather for your own plot. it will look nice and create a atmosphere. it my cause some lag but it may not Support :D (0) Neutral (1) No Support :(
Neutral If this can be implemented without causing any lag, then I support. Unfortunately, I highly doubt that having a variety of weather changes on hundreds of plots simultaneously is possible without lag... lots of lag.
