If a server like Mineplex can run just fine without Pay To Win, I don't understnad why other servers can't

 

The reason Hypixel and Mineplex can follow the EULA is because they were able to grow into the behemoth they are now without having any store restrictions. It was a very simple transition for them. They easily profit monthly due to their massive playerbase. Smaller servers will not be able to grow at all with the EULA being enforced.

 

Mineplex's ranks don't give you a kit, or perk which will out-do and give you the upperhand in any game. That's why it's not Pay to Win.

If you gave someone on KitPvP a Titan kit, and another person a God kit. The person in titan gear, in theory will always win.

To check if Mineverse is blacklisted, go into the 1.9.3 snapshot and attempt to join the server. If it says 'Network unreachable' then the server is blacklisted.
