      Hi Mineversians,
      I am andrewswj and I would like to ask something and hopefully you can answer it.

      If Person A has a rank higher than MVP and gets the Top Voter award of the MVP Rank, is it possible for him to transfer the rank over to someone else or no?

      It is possible if the rank hasn't been given yet I'm pretty sure.

      Correct me if I am wrong, but I think you are only allowed to give your top voter prize away when you are Titan.

      If you get top voter and you're MVP, you will be upgraded to Elite. If you're Titan and get top voter, any person of your choice gets the upgrade.
