Ever since I started playing again, I haven't received any of my voter rewards. I've tried numerous things to see if I could get them to go through. I've voted from our home IP address numerous days and haven't gotten my rewards. So I tried my cell phone, has its own IP, not connected to our home network, no luck. I've also tried other cell phones that have different IP addresses. I've tried clearing cookies on all devices that I've voted from. Nothing. I always get confirmation that my vote was send in. It doesn't say you have already voted today.


Then today, tctwhite (same house user) votes from our home network and he got his rewards.

Anybody got a fix for this?

 

This is really strange.
You said you were voting by phone, did you try it on your computer?
If not, I would try it.

Other troubleshoots:
-Make sure your IGN is spelt properly
-Complete the Captcha (small box above where you enter your name saying "click me here")
-Do /vote in game and click the link there, see if that works.
-Try both voting when you are online and offline. I once had a problem when I wasn't recieving my votes when offline. It's fixed now.

If none of these work, contact [email protected] via email and hopefully someone will answer your request.

 

Yeah Ive voted from everywhere I can possibly think of. Ive even tried doing /vote in game and following the link directly to see if that would work, nope. I guess I will have to try and see if I can get support to help me. Because nothing I am doing has worked so far, which stinks.

 

Ok. If they can't help, I really don't know what to do.

Are you using the house WiFi for your phones? Because it goes by the main IP address the router uses from your service provider. Google "my IP address" on all your devices, then you'll see whats what.

 

No, Im using cell phones as well. They have their own IP addresses because they have internet on them. We don't connect them to our Wifi. Its baffling. Ive literally tried everything I can possibly think of, which has been a lot.

 

I sent an email to support the other day and tried voting again today and it worked. Can this be closed please @Van @tin15cro thanks in advance! <3
