Idea #1) 25 rubies for voting! (makes it harder to get cosmetics )

Idea #2) Access to the Voter Mount for 12hours.
The mount will be a Mule (possible with critical particles, but then it should be for 6hours)

Idea #3) Access to the Voter Costume for 12 hours
It will be Chain Armor with a Golden Helmet (or chain)
