    Support to the cape idea. It would give titans, as Maxamul mentioned, an incentive to vote and would increase our server's votes monthly. ;I

    Titans currently don't have any real incentive to vote like other ranks do. All the stuff they get from voting can easily be obtained without voting. This would make them want to vote more.
