Neutral, I don't play MV so I can't judge your activity however you got a nice detailed application tho I wouldn't recommend using light colors that makes the eyes bleed (Im referring to the light blue color..eh its my opinion if you don't want to change it).

I will now be giving a more in-depth summary to why I have my opinion no support however I have seen a large amount of improvement with you so I have decided to give you a neutral.

SUMMMARY.

At times I think you may be confused what/what is not allowed which really is a big factor when you first made your application you asked everyone to please leave a rating. This is not allowed it's rate farming however I saw you corrected yourself and fixed it.

I see you have a big passion for moderator although I see you can be misled or even somewhat naieve what this means is you have a somewhat lack of knowledge of certian things like the other day you asked me to give my opinion on your staff application which isn't allowed.

 

May you show me where this is apparent? Because I don't see this stated anywhere in the rules.

Yes commands are not that much knowledge but its still good to know

Ill try to be more active on other game modes than op and ill try to add more detail

 

Honestly I am very disappointed I really though you were a good candidate for mod but you just got banned for ban evading. You banned your alts to get reports which to me is very unfair.
Because of this, I am switching to no support maybe you can prove to me that you will not do this again and you will change.​
