Currently i am Sponsor and i paid for VIP about 1 and a half mouths ago
I paid for VIP for op pvp for the extra animals and the color text I even got the email saying that i paid for it also which is attached with the youtube URL

Well, mods can't actually get you your rank back, they will just tell you to email [email protected] with the video.
So, you should probably remove the video from here and go and email support.

 

i have messaged the support email 7 times and i still dont have it so i dont even care anymore i will keep it up until i get my rank
