2. The offender's exact ingame name: ViiRaLz + Seattlereyno
3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: Both where hacking, where ViiRaLz is hacking kill aura and median reach, however Seattlereyno has super reach, further more in the vid it is shown that Seattlereyno is apparently an alt of Porkchop5556 when asking him therefore he is ban evading.
