So there's this guy who joined the forums like 3 years ago, doesn't have any posts or content, and hasn't been seen since the day he joined. He has a username I would like, but I can't change to it.
Is there anything that can be done, considering this guy hasn't logged on once since the day he joined? I mean, I can just think of a different name to change to, but it's irritating to know this random guy made an account just to take that username.
