      IGN of Rule Breaker: flygirlktd

      What rule they broke: I don't know the exact rule but I'm sure it breaks some kind of rule. Flygirlktd keeps posting in the Prison chat "IF I WANT TO DDOS THE SERVER HOW DO I DO IT I WANT /OP" contiuously.
