Neutral. I just don't see your attitude as fit as a moderators attitude should be, your also not really helpful ingame. Other than that your application is great and you're active ingame.

Supports only come from friends. Modern moderator apps arent really judged how they're supposed to be judged.
They're judged on the following:
-Color
-Supports
-Popularity
-Rank(Although it's not included in some apps(because of bribe), I still think it plays a part.)

How it's supposed to be judged:
-Effort
-Details
-Time
-Activeness
-Correct Grammar etc.

This App:
Color, Popularity, Partial Rank, Time, Grammar.

All you did was simply organized and added consistent colors. Part of the app, for example under "Recording", you gave the definition. You're getting supported by popularity, mostly biased. I honestly don't think you're ready. No support. Good luck, I hope cypriot makes the correct decision.

You're well known in-game. That's a big factor. You only added 2-4 per sub heading. Add more. MaxNinja is 12 and he added 3x ad much detail as you did.
