I've read through the comments on the moderator application and your application, here's what I learnt from it.

You're not active on Factions, I moderated Factions for 3 weeks, I've been playing it for two years and I've only seen you online about three times, the only time I really saw you even mentioned was when I was duplicating items w/ shonal and th3nick56 and we found one of your fan fiction books and duplicated it. (lol)

If you want to become a moderator you're going to have to learn how to control yourself, no matter what you cannot lash out on a player.

If you knew how to control yourself you'd know how to not lash out at players, just because you're playing a game does not mean you have to retaliate, simply report them or tell them to stop and they will, simple as that.

Elric. One: I was not active in factions because I had to wrap up school. Now that school is done, I'm on pretty much daily. Two: the reason you don't here me mentioned is because next to nobody likes me. 3: Yes, my temper does snap at times, but I have been getting better at it, as that sort of thing needs to be conquered in order to be mod. 4: It wasn't a fanfiction book, it was a statment of my opinion on Th3Nick given what he did to me in the past.

 

The application is nice but when you add colour its perfect xD support, i've seen you ingame you're a nice person.

 

The reason people use color on their application is to make it look nice. It helps if you have function AND fashion.
Now for the app. You should bump it once a day then delete the bump after it registers. It isn't frowned upon. What IS frowned upon is bumping 2 or 3 times a day. You should bump it once every 2 to 3 days. Also again ADD COLOR, it makes it more visually appealing. [Psychology] c:

 

This isn't a very very long application and you should fix some grammar mistakes. I would suggest removing the last 2 or 3 sentences as they decline your chance of being a mod. If you retaliate then make sure you don't insult them and your 2nd last sentence shows that you don't like them. You could try to work it out with them and if they insult you just report them. You need to have better self-esteem by the way. Also a bit more detail would be nice

Just like ponyknight. I think Ponyknight seems more dependable, and not as abusing as derek (I hope this isn't insulting).

Anyway, I'm supporting you, Ponyknight.
Derek I know you're really experienced. I saw you a tons of times on skywars, more than a year ago.
But a few comments here made not the best impression.

Support. A little tip make font size smaller but its up to you. bold the titles change up the color a bit. Also a tip if someone says no support and gives you a reason why be the bigger person and say ok thanks for you reason ill try to fix it. Show your respect.

Oh and by the way @olcsika01 you mentioned a competition between me and ponyknight as mods well, There is a definent need for more than one factions mod, as there are a lot of reports and problems to deal with.
