Introduction/Message to Cypriot​

Cypriot, I let you down. You gave me an opportunity to moderate your server and I blew it. I should have asked before going out on my own and doing what I did. If I had the chance to go back, and change what I did, I would. I have learned from my mistake and have improved to do what I am supposed to do, ask questions, and learn.
You probably won't trust me again, and I understand that, but I would like you to know that; I am sincerely sorry for what I did, and if you could give me one more chance I would be very grateful.

Preface
My name is Max, I am 12 years old and I am in the 7th grade. I am a former staff member of Mineverse, and an active member within the community. I am most on the game modes KitPvP, OpPvP, Prison, and Infection. I have been on Mineverse since about May of 2013 and have loved every minute I've played on this server.

Why were you demoted from Moderator?:
Well, a lot of you are probably wondering; why was MaxNinja10 demoted from Moderator? Well, I was demoted for leaking information. I had told a player why their friend had been banned on the forums, and who had banned that player.

How long have you been playing Mineverse?:
I have been playing Mineverse for over 2 years, I've been on Mineverse since about May of 2013.

How long can you be active on the server everyday?:
Now that Summer break has began I can now be online everyday. However, my parents still won't allow me full activity during the week. During the week I am only able to come online for about an hour and a half to two hours daily. Then on the weekends I can be online for about six to eight hours each day.

Why I should become Moderator again​

I believe I should become a Mineverse moderator again is simply to help. Mineverse is, and always has been my favorite server. I loved how kind the community was, how helpful, but over the past few months the community has really turned into something quite different from what it used to be. The players nowadays disrespect one another, they don't respect the staff, the hate the staff receive is just uncalled for, it's gotten far out of hand. I believe the staff could always improve on certain areas, but there is never a need for the way players treat the staff here. I think I could help improve the community, my first run as a moderator went quite well, the community accepted me as a moderator. I believe with the correct guidance the players could improve their behaviors, and I believe I'm the person to help do that.

I feel I am quite mature for my age, I am 12 years old and people would think otherwise of a 12 year olds maturity, but I can assure you that I can prove mature under any circumstances you may have to test me with.
I believe I am responsible as well for a 12 year old. When I have to, I am on top of everything. I take my job seriously and won't joke around about it. A staff member should be given to responsible players that know how to use it correctly and I believe I could fulfill that description.

Currently, Mineverse has a lack of staff members. Mineverse is a large server that averages 2,000+ players each and every day, but there is one issue with this amazing and large server, the lack of staff. The staff team keeps the server in order and makes sure the players are following the rules correctly. I know the rules by heart and I am good at enforcing these rules as well. There are short numbers in staff members which means not as much is getting done, it is putting a lot of stress on the current staff having a lot of stuff in the reports, appeals, and help sections when there is only a short amount of staff to help take care of it. When I was a staff member in the past I was able to take care of the help, report, and ban appeal sections while the other staff were handling their own issues in-game and in real life issues. The reason I got all of this done more efficiently is because I am dedicated, and I am home schooled so that when needed I can access my phone as soon as I finish what needs to be done so Ican handle that sort of thing quicker than most. I got a lot done and feel I can do this same work again.

I am very dedicated to what I have to do. If I have a task to be completed I will not stop until I have completed it. I dedicate everything I have into my responsibilities, and moderating is one of those responsibilities.
I am known in the Mineverse community, as a former global moderator I was very well known and players knew they could come to me if they needed help. I'd gladly answer all of their questions, and if there were any that I could not answer I would direct them to someone who can. Even now, I am not a moderator, but I still help in every way I can. I do as I said above, answer the players questions happily and if I don't know the answer I will direct them to someone who does.
As a former moderator here I accomplished quite a lot. I loved helping out the community, getting the stuff on the forums done, I just enjoyed helping out a lot. I got through a lot of reports and helped players through the help section. I logged all of my bans and made sure I was up to date by asking questions. I feel as if I could do the same thing if I were re-promoted, maybe even better, but these are the reasons why I believe I should become a moderator.

Which two servers would you like to moderate? (Recommended pick the two servers you play the most):
As Global moderator is no longer available for applicants, I choose KitPvP and OpPvP. I am not as active on OpPvP as I am on KitPvP, but I am working to improve that.
KitPvP is a popular Mineverse server, tons of people are on there each and every day, but there is one thing, there aren't many active moderators there. The only moderators I see on KitPvP are occasionally PopsIs_MyLife and Fnatic_Paradox [The only two kitpvp mods]. Two moderators aren't enough to handle the entire kitpvp server.
On OpPvP the only moderators I see are larrythebird101 and xSoulHero, like I said above; two moderators are not enough to handle the entire OpPvP server.
There are many hackers, a lot of disrespect in the chat, a lot of spamming, advertising, and people using caps lock. I want to help change the way these servers are run. I want to help make these two servers more enjoyable for the community.

Have you ever been banned in the past?:
I have indeed been banned, but not for breaking any rules specifically. I have been banned on/for;
Skywars to have my Moderator permissions removed.
OpPrison to have my Moderator permissions removed.

Do you have any past experience as a moderator?:
Yes, I do have a past of moderation. I have been a Moderator on quite a few small servers, barely any of them got any members to join and they ended up being closed. I really didn't get a lot of experience from them but I did learn the basics and how everything works.
I have been a moderator here once before, I gave the server my everything. But in the end, I screwed up and got demoted.
