Preface:
Well, hi. Another mod app. Yay.

No, the real reason I'm doing this is to help fix the server. As of late, the report count has grown so large that Jupiter is jealous, and the workload is not at all evenly shared, where you have one mod who has done reports without even having perms (I'm looking at you Vamesa ;)) aaannnnddd then you have those who do one report a month and decide they have done their share. Now, this can't happen, as the server cannot run efficiently like this. I want to come in and change the server from the inside for the better, because I have done the most that I can possibly do from the outside. I want to change this server for the better, and I want to help model the future staff team, because there is so much potential being overlooked. The fact is, 15 moderators isn't enough, seeing as our other competitors have over 50 with a custom admin and dev team. Personally, I have the feel that I know this forums better than most, and I know who's up for the task, and who's not. And now, without further ado, here's my app.

Why should I become a moderator?
I believe I have many of the qualities of becoming a moderator.
Honesty:
I believe the first step to trust is honesty. I would never lie to anyone about anything. I will always be straightforward with you and tell you the truth. I do not appreciate liars, and I know nor does anyone else.
Friendliness:
I will always be nice and friendly to those of our server, because I know firsthand that if you have a rude and mean staff, chances are you won’t be having many players. I will help players to the fullest of my ability, so they will remember their experience and want to come back.
Experience:
I have owned a Fairly large sized server with my best friend (at one point we had 75 players), so I know what it takes to moderate and maintain a server. However, we had to shut it down because we ran out of funds to run it, as 2 14 year olds are not very rich in funds :p. But during that time I was able to learn the fundamental commands of running a server. I also have moderated 3 servers in the past. I was also a guard here for a month, which was fun.
Respect:
I will treat and respect every single person with the utmost respect. I will never back talk to my superiors; I will never be rude to anyone under any circumstance, and I will Never, EVER, ignore a player in need of help.

Hard Worker:
If I become a global Moderator, you will never see more than 100 reports. Never. I will never allow it to go over, because I have seen lately that reports take too long to be dealt with. This is my promise, and my word.

How long can I be active everyday?
That will vary on my schedule, as i have full AP classes, but here's a rough outline of my schedule:
Monday-Friday: At least 1-2 hours in game and at least 5 hours on forums
Saturday-Sunday: 2-4 hour In game and at least 7 hours on forums
Servers I would like to moderate?:
The whole server. There are so many reports that I feel like I would be ineffective if I only got 2 servers. However, if really nessicary, I would prefer kitpvp and prison.
Do you have past experience as moderator?
I have experience on 3 servers, all I have resigned from, and I am currently moderating a large server, one in which I will not disclose.
Have you ever been banned on Mineverse?
After 14 months of being on this amazing server, not once have I been banned, nor muted, nor will I ever be. I fully respect every rule put in place, and I shall never break any (however mpg banned me for 30 seconds once for killing em :t

I know them like the back of my hand, inside out.
How long have you been playing mineverse?
I have been playing mineverse for 1 1/2years and have been on forums for a full year come the 22nd now, and I have enjoyed every moment of it.
