(i.e. recording software, screenshots, etc) Yes, I use Gyazo to get screenshots (as well as snipping tool) and I use Bandicam to record. Why do you think you should become a mod? I understand the countless mistakes I have made in the past, but I believe everyone deserves a second chance. The words people had said got to me, and eventually I gave in and lost it. I believe now that I am a strong-willed person, and will not show the horrible side of me that eventually took control of my actions. I now enjoy helping players ingame with issues and questions, as well as chatting with friends. I was not the best moderator, as I did not catch on very quickly to understanding the punishments and rules. I think I have taken a turn for the better, and I quite enjoyed being moderator. I know that I was reckless and didn’t care for others at times, but that has all changed. Activity I am very active considering that I have loads of free time to spare, even though school can sometimes be a obstacle. I am on for 1-3 hours per day regularly, but that would increase if I were to be promoted once again. I love playing on the server, because the community enjoys one another, but there can be problems sometimes. Understanding I know that my endless questions for punishments were probably extremely annoying, but I now understand the punishments and when to step in or leave it to another. I am good with certain situations, but sometimes things can get out of control. I know how to close, lock, resolve, handle reports, etc. because I have already had the experience needed to understand the basics. Reports are fairly easy for me, and I try the best I can for tricky reports. I sometimes have to ask for help regarding a specific issue, but that is simply a sign of learning and improvement in the future. If needed, I could write down punishments for situations. I will also look at the moderator guide for gamemodes often, to make sure I’m handling things correctly. Friendly I know that I was ill tempered and impolite in the past, but that is over now. People were constantly saying “#Disc4Demote” and things like that anger me. I have now learned to control my anger, even if people offend or try to taunt me with words. I am not the rude and horrid person I once was, and I have taken a turn for the better. Rules & Reports I know about 80% of the punishments for reports and ingame situations, though I sometimes need help. If promoted, I will become better with reports, as I did not do many in the past, and other moderators had to handle them by themselves. I have thoroughly read through the rules, and think I know most of them. How long can you be active on the server everyday? If you can prove that you are capable of moderating now, I don't see why you shouldn't be given another chance.
