Dear Mineverse,

Now and then I buy or Upgrade peoples ranks, well I was upgrading _HamFam_ from Premium to Sponsor and I did everything I usually do, put in my credit card info and stuff. It said the transaction was complete so i went back to minecraft and he was still Premium, I waited a couple minutes thinking it was just laggy but nothing happened... it's been 24 hours since this has happened so I am pretty sure it didn't work. Now i've checked my bank account and it says I spent the money, so there wasn't any glitch. I lost 5.00$ because of this.... I know it is only 5$ but it still annoys me, is there a way I could maybe get my money back or have _HamFam_ upgraded to sponsor so it wasn't a waste. Just wondering if you guys could help out :P
