How do you unname items in Kitpvp?

Well you use xp to change the name and the name tag near the top right

 

Then what do i change a golden apple to?

 

The name of it? Is it already changed? Or you want to change it?

 

It is already changed, I want to change the god apple back

That doesn't work, it changes the name to Golden Apple and the normal apple is Golden Apple. They don't stack of that's what you mean. Also, if this is for an auction (I don't know if the server has floauction I don't play on kitpvp) anyone can do /auc info and it will tell them the actual item

 

Ah thanks for clearing that up, I haven't used an anvil in forever so I wouldn't remember how it would look like
