He told me this weird command could be used to send money to my alt. I was testing it out and didnt even enter a number and it sent 4701$ to him somehow, i dont even know how. I told him i as going to report and he eventually sent it back, but this is a dangerous exploit to use on new players.

Since you said they gave the money back, I'll treat this as trolling and not scamming.
