Unarming/disarming requires to hit people in pvp area with your fist and take the item they hold. Disarming many people increases unarm skill. I think.
Hey there! I see you are trying to understand how prison works. Ok so first off to level up prison, there are 2 ways I see possible. 1. Work hard and rank up to "Free-man" once you have become one it's quite easy. Make a pigman spawner and go to work, simple! :D 2. (This is slower but works too) Go into the pvp zone (I suggest an empty inventory) and attack other players with your fist. I also suggest using strength potions while doing this because you can level your unarmed faster. I hope this has been helpful. If you need anything else just ask! :>
