      I am unable to purchase the VIP rank Whenever I choose a payment method it gives me the message "You have to many chargebacks opened" what does this mean?

      A chargeback is when someone closes a payment (donation) to a server and receives their money back. Has someone ever donated for you before or have you done this before?
