I have been trying to connect to the Mineverse server for a week now, and no matter what I do, it wont let me. I have tried every IP, logged in and out of my account, and restarted both Minecraft and my computer. I have a Titan rank, my gamertag is xMemow, and I really don't want to lose this server. I have tried what seems to be every suggestion and nothing has worked. When I try to add the server and join, it loads for a few minutes and then says Error: connection timed out. I would really appreciate if someone could help! Also, this is not my main forums account, I just got locked out of the other (xMemow)
Seems like this is happening to a lot of people. Are you on a VPN? I don’t know if it makes any difference, but if you are, try turning it off.
I’m guessing it’s because, it’s not a private connection to the wifi? I have had the same problem on other servers. Not being able to log on from my schools wifi
Could that be why? It lets me connect to other servers and add new ones just not this one specifically.
Try asking some other people as well. Maybe they have some ideas. I have to admit, I don’t have a lot of knowledge in this area.
I'd just say wait till you get home, if its only this server then it must be something wrong w the server data.

haha no worries this is a help thread where the community can respond to your queries (much like the #help channel in discord) A support ticket is a direct connection with the admins to resolve payment and administration related issues EDIT: Closing as a support ticket has been made.
