I'm not generally a fan of re-promotions much these days. Being an admin now has shown me how easy a former mod can reapply only to go inactive a short time later. I've seen you struggle with your decision on this, and it seems that you've actually put some thought into it. Your promotion was suggested to me by another former moderator more than a year ago. You were just some unknown Creative kid then. Just one of those "Creative weirdos". I wasn't convinced about how well you would do as staff, but that mod just knew in his heart that you would be something great. Something to remember. He knew what I didn't know. That you would preform your job duties amazingly. Show respect to each and every member of this community regardless of who they were or their prior history. He knew you would be unbiased and forgiving. Lead by great example and leave a lasting mark on this community, that players even a year later would remember you by. He believed in you, and I can't thank him enough for it. You were promoted and went on to do all those things he said you would. You became that person he knew you to be. I don't even know if you believed you would do as well as you did, but you believed enough in yourself to give it your all. I left you behind when I resigned. I am so sorry. What I would do to be able to work alongside you again. ;-; Found this on your wall today. I wrote it pretty close to a year ago while we were still staff together. Omg...Pile...I just saw this...and i'm crying!!!! I love you more than words can even describe and I know i've told you that a BAJILLION times but it is completely true!!! I have never been more thankful for a person like you and MPG.
