2. The offender's exact ingame name: BigTrashTalker and evelsoul
3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: Hacking, Death Threats.
4. Evidence/full screenshots.

At 1.06 he turns quickly and hits someone running past him.
Right at the end of the video, evelsoul says "Drink Bleach".
