Hello, My name is Noah. I would like to suggest that before liking the application, like the person too. For example, talk to the person that you think you will apply, and talk to them a little and get to know them. I don't know if you do this already, but i would like to say it anyway. -Noah
Pretty sure most people on applications take into consideration the applicant themselves. If they are rude, nice, funny, immature, etc., people usually include that into consideration with their vote.
Just because you really want to be a Moderator doesn't mean you have to make threads about "improving staff" when you should really review your suggestions and see how feasible or how realistic it is.
This can't really be implemented and I am 100% sure that most of us put that Into consideration but Its not really something that cyp could say accepted because you can't really tell.
What youre doing rn is legit the same thing @Enderkiller77 Did when he joined forums. Making pointless threads to gain posts, with the ultimate goal of applying for moderator. Let me tell you right now, that the chances of any1 getting mod as early as you envision is next to 0
