They would run trial if their smart, since it's easier to get, you get a taste and it would give you a bigger chance for global, if you were smart you'd run trial.

 

I'm pretty sure the smart people will just take full mod, as they believe they are smart enough to do it right out of the gates.

 

Maybe make it so that you need to go for 2 servers and if you do well and you are trustworthy enough, they will upgraded you to global, if you want to be upgraded. in this way it will kinda show who needs more practice and who doesn't abuse there powers. support

If I'm correct, you're only allowed one bump per day.

 

To be specific, it's every 24 hours. That way you don't bump at 8pm, and then 6am the next day.
