There should be a 1 hour trial in being a mod to see how they do things here with other staff supervising
No support. Although, maybe a suggestion for applications for Trial Moderators? If the Trial Moderators do a good job and they will get promoted to Mod.
I know there would be this one person banning everyone and then it would be harder for the staff to recover this. Well i completely disagree.
Maybe a system could be implemented like on Crew's skyblock servers--when a new mod is promoted they're a trial mod for however long it takes for them to show the administrators that they'd be useful as a member of the staff team in full, at which point they're promoted to a normal moderator?
Yes there should be trial moderators but please give more support. Even though it would be a rough system to make, it would be a well thought idea.
Noobcrew ia going to be adding a ton to all of his servers after 1.8. He will probably add the same staff ranks as Skyblock (Trial Moderator, Moderator, and Super Moderator). This idea of Trial Mod being a one hour thing is a terrible idea. The people allowed to moderate for one hour will most likely abuse and throw everything off.
This would take too much time with the ranking up system. He would have to babysit them in order for them to actually become Mod. Plus, they make sure they do their research when they promote. The way it is, is fine. Nice idea though! I do like it, just no point. <3
We have to research when we get promoted? I support this but this should be a week or so, Cyp would promote maybe 5 mods, and other mods would check in on them, then soon after Cyp demotes or promotes, I mean, the server needs a big increase in mods kinda.
They get to know the Mods before they promote them. Pile got to know me... Quite a bit... That's what I meant by research. Also, they could just fake act when they are TMod, then become really aggressive when Mod. Happens a lot.
I've done the same thing Pile did, I have been making friends with all the staff, I feel, if I ever do get staff, it will be easier, as now I know them better, I remember seeing BlueBerry in-game for the first time, wanna know when? That was 30 minutes before he got promoted.
