I made all of the materials to make 32 trapped chest then i come to find there banned, :(so much iron used. Why are they banned? Gamemode: Survival

If they are banned then they pop up after you put on the recipe for like a quarter of a second, if nothing happen in like results part of the crafting table then you did it wrong
There is a specific recipe for trapped chests. You can't just put a chest in the crafting table with a tripwire hook anywhere in the grid. This is what it needs to look like: [ ] [ ] [ ] [C][T][ ] [ ] [ ] [ ] The "C" is the chest, and the "T" is the tripwire hook. The [ ]'s are just empty spaces.
What do you mean? Explain a bit more, do the trapped chests disappear when you click on them, or are they not showing in the finished item box?
