Towny /lock problems

So since Towny has came out its been a blessing on a lot of waiting for it but it also has a lot of bugs...
One of these bugs are /lock and how it works on any chest on anyone's plot this is bad as my chests in my plot are unlocked so my senior staff members use the resources in my base to build.. The problem with this is that anyone in any other town or nation can /lock your chest if they can click on it...(half my town is complaining about this cause some randy skid locked few chests)
My suggestion is that Senior Mods and higher get given /unlock so if this were to happen they can unlock the chest for players. Also if possible add a name to the chest of the person who locked the chest in the first place so it says something like "ShonalFromRaxs has locked this chest with a magical spell"

Something to add: Could a Head Mod @Dyna_Mighty please tag Cyp because most of RaxsCity's town members' chests, furnaces, etc., are locked by someone... :L We can't access our chests, even on our plots!

Support, Towny is basically unplayable right now considering all of our chests are locked.

Support... maybe remove this function and add the private chest thing that survival has.

 

I'm the lucky one in my town (Raxscity) because I just joined therefore I have no chests ;)

support, but please no "magical spell" phrases, it's unbelievably triggering.
Maybe something like "rebornn_ has locked his chest!"

Yeah, basically all of us in RaxsCity have someone... :L sigh... Now Towny is just unplayable. It'd be better if someone can unlock our chests(Mods have access, as shown above), or it would say "(Name) has locked this container!" instead of "This container has been locked by a magical spell". You get the idea.
