IGN: MyNameIsScarce Hello, I recently bought the Titan rank on your server and didn't receive it on towny, so I sent a email in to support and you did fix my rank, and got me Titan on the Towny server but there is now another problem. My rank is glitched, and you know how you are supposed to go to the FixRank signs at spawn to fix your rank? I went there and none of them are working. Also none of the buy signs are working either at spawn. So none of the signs at spawn are working and my rank is glitched, so since the signs aren't working I can't fix my rank. Then when I try to rank up it says something like Titans can't rank up or something like that and I would use the FixRank signs but they aren't working either. I'm hoping you could fix my glitched rank (I already got Titan it's just glitched on Towny so I can't rank up) and also fix the FixRank signs at spawn on Towny. Thanks!
That's very unfortunate. Maybe email try bumping your email & edit in the problem were the signs aren't working.
