@Madii Thankyou <3 I have over 650 hours on Mineverse, @AthleticPsycho can confirm that I have spent quite abit on survival helping out on her town. I will never drop as low as to get mad at a video game, my friends will agree I'm only here to have fun, my parent's complain I'm always laughing at my computer sceens. Please state where I have acted immature.
I can confirm he has played survival quite a bit helping my town, and on top of that he is one of the most well-known players on infection and bedwars.
I just don't think you can handle the position at this point. You probably will be able to in the future, whether it's the near future or far future, who knows. But when I feel you are ready, I will support you. Also, you need to explore the forums more, learn as much as you can. With your low amount of messages, it doesn't look like you spend too much time on the forums.

Thankyou, Also with the forums I know it the back of my hand, spent the last week up to 2am sifting through treads and posts. The thing is I was limited by the forums account making bug.
