Top Voters

(By the way, I just made a fourm account but don't feel like introducing myself. Just answer my question)
Im seeing on the top voters page people getting god rank, titan, and mvp. Is the rank given random? Or no?

I am VIP rank, if I get in the top 5 voters what rank would I get?

 

You would get MVP, then if you go on top 5 again, you would get Elite, and supreme, etc.

 

So if you get top voter you go up a rank?

If you have no rank at all, you would get MVP. If you are VIP or anything above, you would get a rank up from where you are. Say if you were Elite, you would earn Supreme. If you were God, you would earn Titan.
