Okay so back in the golden age of parkour, the top floor was all open and perfect for socialization and other activities. Now with the new levels, the floor where levels 21-24 are has the stairway in the middle and it sucks because nobody stands there to just chill out and afk. My suggestion is to make the floor with levels 21-24 open again and block off the top of the building.
