3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: He teleported a hacker and teamed with him to get my gear.

5. And here the second time

He also threat to get me lobby banned for 32 days. He used a fake chat once already and I got banned for it, what can I do against that?

BN5 cannot be punished for teaming with hackers, since this is not against our rules. But, the hacker himself (Tom_Hoen) will be banned for hacking.
