If u copy and paste this application to a server that is looking for staff, and is 1 second old, they will still not accept you. Based on you being a new member and no one seeing u ingame, your first impression on me was that u are a server hopper who make crappy apps hoping to get staff on one of them. You'll never get lucky like that. I suggest that you stay on 1 server, play a lot, get friends, then make ur app following the template and meeting the requirments, then you MIGHT have a chance of getting mod. Or be a mini-dev like me, who help young servers start. But u need a lot of knowledge for that. Just follow my advice, it's your last hope. *Constructive Criticism*
First off, a developer knows how to code in multiple languages such as java, c++, and C#. I doubt you know any of those. Next up, he didn't copy and paste an app, it's pretty obvious he didn't. Back to the app, no support. You don't meet any of the requirements needed of staff members.
