Does your rank show beside your name In chat? Because sometimes people's ranks glitch and they don't have their rank on every server. To fix it Cyp or crew would need to help you as they deal with the purchases. If this not the case you might not be able to use those commands, but I wouldn't know, I don't have titan.:p Hope this helps.
